Here at Gripping Life, we are keen for our customers to buy our products with confidence. All credit card details are processed using Stripe’s transaction system, which is protected by a secure 256-bit AES encryption. We do not store your Credit Card details. Your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you, Stripe (financial service for credit cards) or PayPal.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@gripping.life.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@gripping.life within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Automated Review Invitation
By placing an order in our shop, customers agree to receive an automated email invitation to review their purchase. This helps us improve our service and supports other customers in making informed decisions.
Shipping And Delivery
Each item in the store is printed exclusively for you by my trusted partner, Printful Inc. (Print-on-Demand and Fulfillment-Service).
- Products ordered through our shop are produced, packaged, and shipped directly by Printful.
- By placing your order, you acknowledge that production and shipping are carried out by Printful on our behalf.
- Printful may process your personal data (e.g., name, delivery address, order details) for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Where will my order ship from?
With fulfillment centers strategically placed around the world – in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Brazil, and Australia – your items will ship from the closest local facility. This means you’ll receive your order in record time through domestic shipping routes.
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 5–9 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 5-7 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Switzerland: 5–9 business days
- Australia: 8–11 business days
- New Zealand: 11–13 business days
- Japan: 6–8 business days
- Worldwide: 8–15 business days
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you get an email with your tracking code.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do? If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@gripping.life with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Prices And Taxes
All prices shown on the website include VAT and shipping. The total price will be shown at the checkout once you have selected a means of delivery.
Please note that all necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. However, you (the buyer) is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply upon delivery.
Custom fees
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
- Any customs duties or import taxes shall be borne by the customer.
Returns
Gripping Life doesn’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@gripping.life.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@gripping.life with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@gripping.life within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
