- Products ordered through our shop are produced, packaged, and shipped directly by Printful.
- By placing your order, you acknowledge that production and shipping are carried out by Printful on our behalf.
- Printful may process your personal data (e.g., name, delivery address, order details) for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Delivery Times
Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
Usually, it takes 2–4 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 6–9 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 5-7 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Switzerland: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 8–11 business days
- New Zealand: 11–13 business days
- Japan: 6–8 business days
- Worldwide: 8–15 business days
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you get an email with your tracking code.
Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
Each item is printed just for you by my printing partner Printful. Unfortunately, I can’t accept exchanges or returns. If there are any quality concerns, please contact me at support@gripping.life or by using the contact form and I will remedy it ASAP.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at support@gripping.life with photos of wrong/damaged items, and I’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
I don’t offer exchanges for wrong sizes. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts—there’s one for every item listed on my store, in the product description section.
